This delicious loose leaf tea is said to boosts your heart health by lowering bad cholesterol and reducing blood clotting but also is believed to keep your skin clear and glowing.
How to prepare:
quantity: 12 -15 g/l (approx. 3g per cup)
temperature: 70 to 80 C
brewing time: 3 to 5
Multiple infusion: This tea can be infused 2 to 3 times
Food pairing: Delicious on it's own but pairs beautifully with pastries, mooncake, macarons and fruit pies.
