Pu Erh Tea Natural
A strong, earthy taste and a dark cup, "post fermented". Pu-erh tea is used as medicine for improving mental alertness and sharp thinking. It is also used for high cholesterol, obesity, diabetes, and as digestive after heavy meals
A traditional brewing starts with rinsing pu erh by discarding the first steep after 10 seconds. The reason for rinsing pu erh is first and foremost to 'awaken' the leaves. This is particularly important for pu erh as they're often times compressed. Rinsing allows the tea to loosen up and unfurl, allowing for an optimal brew
