How to prepare:
quantity: 10 - 12 g/l (approx. 2.5g per cup)
temperature: 100 C
brewing time: 2 to 4 minutes
Multiple infusion: can hold a second brewing
Food pairing: A lightly smoked salmon served with fresh, juicy cucumber and a soft sheep's cheese, topped with a little fish roe is a wonderful pair for this tea
