China Bancha Natural
While high grade tea such as Sencha or Gyokuro will use young leaves, Bancha will use grown adult leaves to make tea.
Due to this the Bancha loose leaf tea is rich in minerals like selenium, copper, calcium, zinc, fluorine, and manganese and Vitamins, such as A, B complex and C. It is also a source of flavanoids and catechins, the famous against cancerous polyphenols
On the other hand, other substances such as Theanine or vitamin E tend to be significantly reduced in Bancha as the nutrients of the tea leaves tend to be concentrated in the first harvesting period.
